I'd suggest you have a good read of the Samba 3.x docs to see if a) this is possible and b) how to configure it.

It if it is possible you would probably need some custom templates to configure samba.

Moved to sme contribs, as stated Stefano, this is not supported by core.

However that seems the purpose of this : https://wiki.contribs.org/Advanced_Samba#Domain_member_2

I would be of any help there as i never tried it yet.
