Title: PHPki Certificate management. [SOLVED]

I cannot access certificate management via server-manager. It is asking for a user name and password. I try using admin and the admin password, and it is not working. I have no idea what may have happened as I rarely have to access this server. Not even sure where to start looking.
this is SME 9.2
