Title: Problem with send mail

Dear Support,

I have two server SME SERVER 9.x  server only with domain different, two days ago all the computer cannot send email because the certificate sent error but on the webmail the emails if they are sent.

could you please help me to resolved the problem

Can you give more details?

What does the error say?

What program reports the error?

Are you using the standard self signed certificates or have you installed letsencrypt certificates?

Hello

Sorry I don´t put error... Ok

The task Sending user@midominio.com reported the error (0x8004210B) the operation has timed out waiting for a response from the sending server (SMTP)

But if I put other SMTP Sever (midominio2.com) the email go out fast, really I don´t understand

The program is Outlook 2010

And the certificate is normal of Server SME 9.2 I fill all field with information the company.

Webmail will normally always send ok. This is probably configuration of Outlook.

I don't have Outlook but some things for you to check.

Are the servers fully up to date?

Are you using POP or IMAP? Does your server send mail directly or does it send via your ISP/smarthost?

Can you post your Outlook settings?

Do not post passwords :-)

Hello, yes the server is update SME Server 9.2 and use pop

Setting Outlook

(SMTP): 465 (with SSL)
(POP3): 995 (with SSL)

And now send this error

The task Sending user@midominio.com reported the error (0x800ccc80) Your server does not support any of the authentication methods supporte by this client.

5 day ago all outlook client it worked good send a receive email, but in this moment send this error "The task Sending user@midominio.com reported the error (0x800ccc80) Your server does not support any of the authentication methods supporte by this client"

What changed 5 days ago ?

Did you do any updates on the clients?

Did you do any updates on the server?

Have you checked the server logs?

/var/log/sqpsmtpd/current

Did you read the wiki page and check the client settings?

What are your all the SEND settings for your clients?

We can see your error but there are lots of reasons why this occurs and we need to try and find your particular problem.

Please give us more information so we can try and help you.

how is your outlook configured? please share some info (no password required)
is your SME the dns server for your client(s)?
how are configured the domains in your SME?
the more info you share, the better we can help you
