Title: Unable to join Win 10 version 1803 to domain

Anyone else find you can't join Win 10 version 1803 to a domain on 9.2? Opened a report:

I forgot to add that the version 1709 had SMBv1 client enabled, and worked without issue. That setting was retained once upgraded to 1803, but doesn't appear to help.

EDIT: Updated the bug accordingly

Windows 10 home upgraded to latest 1803 update build 17134.1 as at 2 May - No issues

Added - was all working fine before this update, the last couple of updates 1703/1709 I think were problamatic had to revert one and waited for the issues to be resolved before reapplying

I'm confused here. The issue being discussed is joining the domain, and Windows Home cannot join domains.
