Title: Mitel Support in Australia?????

Has any one (in Australia) got the secret of how to get Mitel to return phone calls or answer email in Australia.  I would like to get info from them on purchasing support / subscription for SME.

I had tried that several times.....

Last time I tried I expressed my exasperation and late today I got a call.  It turns out that there is no Australian support as yet.  They are negotiating with potential 3rd party support agents..........  It will be interesting to see what happens.

Are you after support from Mitel or Support from a 3rd Party in Australia.

Could we persuade you (or Mitel, for that matter) to publish
your list of SME support consultants?

Would-be Clients would like to choose for themselves
or even get a 2nd quote & chat with would-be providers
before making their selection.

Others might also like to be added to the list...

After all, the -is- the Open Source movement,
where we are used to an abundance of info.  :-)

As several people in this thread have noted, Mitel Networks is in the process of building a reseller channel in Australia to support the full line of VOIP, PBX, messaging and server products.

However, we _do_ already have a number of official resellers in Australia who specifically sell and support SME Server with ServiceLink. These organizations have been with us since the e-smith days, are very experienced, and of course are fully supported by Mitel Networks. Contact info is available on each of their sites:
