Title: Slow lazy admin tools

Hi,
add an user take about 10 minutes.

If i disable ldap with "db configuration setprop ldap status disabled", it takes less time but it's very long (about 3-4 minutes).
I have to create 700 users.

What can i do ?

I have found the problem ... it was the contrib "nextcloud" i have to remove and now it's ok.
I don't use it.  I've just tried it months ago ...
