Title: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP on new 9.2 server [Solved]

I have just built a new server and run yum update so I have a fully up to date system.  When I try to access it via server-manager I get:

SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

I have tried two PC's using both Firefox and Opera browsers with the same result.  As usual I expect I'm doing something silly but I need help. :-)

This is a problem with BitDefender and Encrypted Web Scan needs to be turned off.  I'm still confused though as I have 4 servers on the same private IP address range and only this new one was blocked.
