In order to help migration to supported version you should read the wiki, also in John signature

On page https://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:9.2#Known_issues_when_upgrading_from_previous_SME9.x

Go to title « Known issues upgrade from SME8 »

You will have a workaround to get the centos repo accessible. Sme ones should already be accessible if you updated to last smeserver-yum version.
