Title: Block emails by extension specifically

I am getting spam lately that has attachments that end ..eml or ,.eml that I would like to block. I dont wan't to block using signatures but specifically block attachments with these malformed extensions. Can anybody point me in the right direction to do this?

I misunderstood the problem here and so I no longer need to do this.
