Title: Mail Folders

I was wondering if there is the ability to increase the amount of subfolders I can create under a user's inbox. The 4th subfolder I tried to create in Thunderbird does not display. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Are you using POP or IMAP?

Not sure if this a limit with Thunderbird or your server.

If POP then definitely Thunderbird.

If IMAP then likely Thunderbird but you'll need to look at your logs and check if the directories have been created on the server.

I have dozens/hundreds of sub folders, so 4 should be easily doable.

You could check in SME servers Webmail to see if the folder has been created.

Are there any error messages ? If so what ?
