What version of smeserver-fail2ban should we be running?
# yum info --enablerepo=* smeserver-fail2ban |grep -i 'Version\|Release\|Repo'
Version : 0.1.18
Release : 1.el6.fws
Repo : installed
From repo : fws
Version : 0.1.18
Release : 10.el6.sme
Repo : smecontribs

What version of smeserver-fail2ban should we be running?
Check the versions (and also check the rpm changelogs)
Release : 1.el6.fws
vs
Release : 10.el6.sme
I believe Daniel originally built this and it was then imported into Contribs where it is now maintained

The wiki seems to be correct:
yum --enablerepo=contribs --enablerepo=epel install smeserver-fail2ban
It does not have the code to show the latest versions.
You have wiki perms - please feel free if you think it needs clarification. Or open a bug.

well there was a typo, I just fixed
s/contribs/smecontribs/
but you were indeed able to fix it yourself in the wiki

I took it out. Configuration can be done through the panel or through db config. See attached.

that's why I imported it in smecontribs.
however I broke part of the whitelist create /remove on last update. I need to fix that.
