Title: httpd: WordPress database error Duplicate entry

Hi
I am using SME server for many years now and I appreciated the Koozali uplifting!
I have updated my server recently to the latest changes but I have a little problem that just appears few days ago. I have search the forum but didn't find a thread, so I am starting a new one. Please tell me if there is already a thread on this subject. Anyway my server had some real issue with its RAM (6Go) because of this wordpress database duplicate entry.
I have tried to resolve it through mysql but what I found is not really clear then I tried to resolved it with phpmyadmin but I haven't use it for while, using the old method through ssh/mysql command line. Then I have some other issues with phpmyadmin related to this issue: ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
so here it is, I have took some wordpress offline (Only 2 remains on 5), it's not freezing but the error remain.

httpd: WordPress database error Duplicate entry '1598785' for key 'PRIMARY' for query INSERT INTO `wp_options` (`option_name`, `option_value`, `autoload`) VALUES

any ideas?

Not really anywhere enough detail to be able to tell much (server version/history/installed contribs/details about WP install etc) but a quick search brought these up.

I trust you have backups of your databases?

Also, before you attempt ANY fixes take backups.
