Title: Did Koozali or CorneliOS stole the logo?

Just wondering who flipped logo vertically and claimed as their own?

I've never heard of them.

We had a professional designer do the Koozali logo. The "OO" is just a part of the *whole* logo which includes the letters.

I have seen a similar style of icon elsewhere so I don't think it is exclusive and I'm not sure we'd get picked up on copyright.

WRT Cornelios they are defunct anyway.
