This contrib allows you to install your favorite distro on a VPS or private server if your provider does not allow you to use a KVM or vKVM with usage of an iso.
Most hosting service at least offers CentOS 7 nowdays, so you will be able to start from a base of CentOS from their own brew and end with a SME 10.
