My virtual server is running on ESXI with 32G RAM, 8vCPUs, 700G SSD storage, and 10G network.

I'm not sure if this is related or may affect the performance of smeserver installed on an ESXI host. One thing I've noticed is that even though I've installed the open-vm-tools, it stills show not running and not installed on the esxi dashboard.

Anyone who has experienced the same?

not sure for centos7 but with centos6 there was some issues.

have you done a web search for this mariadb error?

Assuming this is happening on the actual v10 server, not the ESX host.

Server socket created on IP: '0.0.0.0'.

Is that correct?

Do a web search on:

mariadb Error in accept: Too many open files

Look at say Max open files

https://blogs.reliablepenguin.com/2015/08/28/mariadb-on-centos-7-error-in-accept-too-many-open-files

Ask yourself what webapps you have installed and why this might happen?

And perhaps tell us too.
