Title: Error when creating email filters in Horde

When creating email filters in Horde I get the following messages:

The filter rules do save but seem to not be actively working.
Any ideas on what might be happening?

Quick question. according to the bug solution "signal-event email-modify" is executed after preparing the custom template, but I get

# signal-event email-modify
Can't open directory /etc/e-smith/events/email-modify
Does "signal-event email-update" do the same thing?

Filters seem to be activating fine now, thanks again. I did have to log out of the Horde session I was in and log back in for it to work, which makes sense.

Careful. Some need arguments. But worth a look.
