Title: Install php-pecl-apcu

I would like to add caching to my Nextcloud installation and need to install php-pecl-apcu.  My search efforts haven't found any help for v10.  Can you advise?  Many thanks.

you need Php74-php-pecl-apcu
but best would be to bug that so we make the rpm need it and anybody can have the caching enabled
