Title: SMEv10 Horde configuration error

Hello

When I login to Horde as Admin and go to Administration-Configuration and error pops up like this:

Database migration files not found. Please check PEAR’S data_dir configuration setting.

Is this normal activity that I should not worry about or is this an actual issue?

expected.  horde is installed using rpm, it is to prevent you messing with the offered version and leaving you to an unexpected result if rpm update overwrite what you updated manually using pear.
