On the behalf of Koozali Foundation I want to wish to all of you a Happy New Year.
The last two years were oriented toward a late release of SME10 and then release of most needed contribs.
Two releases of SME 10 have been made available.
120 contribs are available for SME 10, about as many as there use to be for SME 9, with some new ones, some not migrated and deprecated, and still about a dozen waiting to migrate if needed.
The year 2023 will be toward the migration of our build infrastructure. We are retiring our CVS after almost 20 years of good services and will finally use GIT to ease participation of everyone. We will maitain a local gitea system which will be replicated on github, again to help everyone jumping in and make it easier.
Buildsystem will also migrate from an old plague to a Koji buildsystem.
Those steps, will then lead to the effort in building all SME11 packages. SME 11 will be based on Rocky Linux 8 and SME 12 should be on Rocky Linux 9.
Again, we wish you all the best for this new year !

A happy new year to all.
And please all make a big noise for JP, without who we'd be dead and buried.
Despite a wife, growing young family, covid, mother, a massive workload, and finally qualifing as a full Dr, he has worked tirelessly to further Koozali SME - ably assisted by a small cast of dedicated people.
Every Koozali user owes JP and the team LARGE.
Raising a glass to you all, and particularly JP.

I will echo John's statements. We would not be here today without the tireless contributions of JPP. Not only that, but we are a much more healthy community/tribe now under his leadership. The best is yet to come for Koozali SME Server!
Happy New Year
