Hello
My server seems to be blocking most incoming mail with error: The response from the remote server was:
550 (dnsbl) v=spf1 -all
I have an SME9.2 server and it has worked beautifully until now I cannot get this error to stop even when disabling the spam filters. I have my domain hosted with an ISP then records forward all mail to my server.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your error is likely to do with your mail server/DNS setup.
https://mxtoolbox.com/spf.aspx
However, you need to upgrade to Koozali SME v10 immediately.
We do not support old versions of Koozali SME no matter how stable they might be.
Once you have upgraded we can see if we can help you fix your issue.

Good. Which method did you use?

I'd guess this is more to do with the issue.
I suspect you may have DNSBL/SPF enabled and your Koozali SME server is not set as your real domain - which is hosted by your provider - so it blocks mail from a source it doesn't trust. It probably looks to SME that your ISP is an unauthenticated mail relay. (This is part of the reason people use POP to collect mail rather than passively accept incoming mail)
https://wiki.koozali.org/Email#Inbound_DKIM_.2F_SPF_.2F_DMARC
You could whitelist your ISP mail server(s) but if it is a big ISP they may use round robins from a pool of servers and it will be hard to pin them all down and the IPs may change.
To understand more and advise you better please give us some more info on your ISP, domains and Koozali SME settings

Hello I did a clean install of SME10 then loaded the cifs backup from the old server. My plugins dont seem to be working and if I try to run the install or update yum it just gives me errors.failure: repodata/repomd.xml from sogo: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

Hello I have tried following the Sogo Wiki but get the same error I dont see any mention about removing the v9/RHEL6 repos. Sorry if I have missed it.

I think your first issue is common with the rest.
You do not read enough which means you don't understand what you are doing or how to fix it when it goes wrong.

Hello
Thanks very much the error I started this post on is fixed on my old SME 9.2 server the error was related to my RBL's List used to adjust DNSBL and RHSBL which I had turned off but not done a reconfigure, after that it worked. Then the second issue with the upgraded SME 10 seems to be coming right thanks for your help I apologize for not reading more thoroughly but it can be difficult when you don't know what you looking at or for. This issue can be closed as resolved if I have any other issues I will create a new discussion related to them.

Hmm.
I did not give you advice to fix a v9 server.
Your v9 server should not be running, at all. Migrate and turn it off immediately.
It is unsupported and therefore insecure.
Use v10.
And next year we should have v11 and v10 will be EOL.
