Title: How to configure Koozali SME to work with Proxmox Mail gateway (PMG)

Hi Everybody,

I would like to use the proxmox mail gateway as an email proxy along with the SME. Could you guide me how to configure the SME to send mail through the PMG and receive mail from the PMG?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks for answering!
I was in the process of reading precisely the document you recommended to me.
SMTP is simple to configure, you just have to put the IP address of the PMG Proxy in "Address of internet service provider email server".
I have doubts regarding the configuration of the email entry.
Could you give me a hand with this?

what do you mean by « the email entry »?


I have personally the use of SME and PMG in different settings, but I do not see the added value of adding PMG behind SME.

there is already all filters you would need for a mail GW embedded in SME (for both incoming and outgoing mails), and i find PMG less customizable. 
If you have a cluster of servers where you need a common mail GW then PMG is fine, but there i think you just add a layer of complexity, unless you have a specific need you do not explain.
