Title: SME 9.2 MIGRATE TO SME 10.1

guys please can you help me

i cannot seem to get my SME 9.2 Server to Update the contribs
i have followed this link

I need to resize the SME 9.2 Server First in order for me to Migrate to a New SME 10.1 Server

I want to install " yum install cloud-utils-growpart "

My DNS is Set to 8.8.8.8
I can Ping google.com
I CANNOT Ping
# ping mirrorlist.centos.org
ping: unknown host mirrorlist.centos.org

Please can you explain what i need to do on the SME 9.2 Server to update my Contribs

Any Help greatly appreciated

SME9 is dead since  November 30th 2020.

that said, please first of all explain why you need that package

I need to increase the storage volume on the SME 9.2 Server  in order to give me time to migrate to SME 10.1

I am running out of storage Space on the SME 9.2 Server

I have built a new SME 10.1 Server and just need about a week o get the migration done

Please any help greatly appreciated

You have had years to upgrade. Sorry to be blunt, but you really have.

You don't need to increase the size of your v9. Just migrate. Now.

It will be quicker and easier than trying to find and install old code, grow storage etc etc.

Start migrating today. It will be far less trouble.

Either backup and restore with a USB, or for less downtime use migratehelper script - see the wiki.

Depending on the size of your data migratehelper is quite fast.

you are correct

i will mount a additional drive on the SME 9.2 Server and do a backup then migrate to the SME 10.1 Server
