Title: The recipient of the email receives a blank signature image.

Hi, I have a problem since I upgraded to sme-server 10.1, I load in horde the jpg image with the signature and it looks correct and when composing mail also, but the receiver receives a blank image.
Can this behavior be solved?

without more informations, it could be:

- you link an image instead of having it inline and the url is not available for recipient
- content filtering on recipient side

I have tried everything I could think of.
I think something went wrong with the upgrade to 10.1 php, horde or some other issue that I have not been able to figure out.
At the moment I have found a small solution, which is to edit html in the signature section of horde as I indicate in the screenshot that I leave in the address: http://ayuda.seycob.es/smeserver-horde.png

In this case the image does not load and is not visible in the email, but the recipient receives the signature correctly.

Signature urls are resolved both externally correctly and internally from smeserver, but apparently not from horde.

Another problem is that when I create a user's email address I create it as user@correo.seycob.es and not as user@seycob.es

ForcePrimaryDomain=enabled

horde is configured by default to use the domain the user is connecting to horde.

Address Not Found
The browser could not find the host server
for the provided address.

At a guess the internal and external URLs you are using are not resolving correctly.

i.e. it might look ok and resolve from your internal network, but the same URL is not resolving correctly for someone outside your network.

If your image url is

https://seycob.es/image.jpg

Make sure that can be seen both internally and externally.

seycob.es has no active website. The images are collected from http://ayuda.seycob.es/FirmaJM.jpg for example, I understand that I must activate url for seycob.es?

you will have to ... SME 10 is EOL.
SME 11 is just a few weeks to be ready
