Title: How to transition from a different e-mail system
Post by: Jorge on September 26, 2002, 06:25:06 PM
I'm trying to put to work the e-smith server at home, but i can't read the my ISP mail directly.
I can ping the mail server in the server console, but i can't ping in the w95 client in my network.
The "How to transition from a different e-mail system" does not help me.
I have the e-simth server in the mode "private server/gateway".
In the network i have defined as gateway the ip of the e-smith server.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME

Maybe this can help you out....
Check under MAIL USERS, where it says ACCESS BLOCKING (do you want to enable directly mail routing?), and check it to YES.......Give the server like 2 minutes to work it around and try again....
Hope this help.....

Jorge, you may want to replace that defective keyboard or set your repeat_delay to something else.  It appears your 'r' key is sticking.
