Title: control of restrictions
Post by: krustykev on November 14, 2002, 02:55:27 PM
Is it possible to stop everyone from accessing the internet without affecting their email and then start to allow certain users access to certain sites? Is this done with ipchains?

e-smith-squid-0.3-2.i386.rpm will install a "Proxy Users" panel on the server manager, you can then use that to allow users to enter a username and password to get through the proxy onto the internet, and you just have to set them to have access or not, easy.
