Title: add nic remove modem

I installed sme 5.5 with 1 nic and told it to use the serial port modem as external connection.

Now I have installed a second nic, how do I tell the server to use this card as the external connection instead of the modem?

Hi,

Reconfigure the server from the console (login: admin) and change the server gateway mode option.

Ofcource you have to have somekind of ethernet connection (cable/xdsl) or router connected.
