Title: ISP Blocks Port 80

My ISP blocks port 80. I can set up my dyndns.org account to redirect to a different port ie 8080. How do I set up the server to accept request from a different port?

Great how-to for 5.1, but I need help with 5.5 (sorry, I should have stated that before). Can anyone help me with 5.5?
