help i have a problem i checked in my qmail and this message is there for all users
Unable_to_switch_to_/home/e-smith/files/users/deidre:_access_denied._(#

How do i fix it

I have checked the permissions on all users and they are correct.

Darren,

I would still suspect permissions. Check the permissions of the .qmail file.
Have you tried to create a new user and see if the email for that new user can be delivered.
If it can then use that to compare all file permissions.
Have you installed or modified anything recently.

The problem is likely to be the permissions of the home directory itself.
