Can any advise where is the best place to download the latest SME 5.6 and it's updates?

The e-smith ftp site, maybe?  Just a guess...

Actually, the 'current' version on the ftp site is 5.5 wereas te FAQ indicates 5.6 is the current version, so I can see where there could be some confusion.  I guess the question should be - is 5.6 out of beta testing yet?
