You want something call SunOne Active Server Pages (ASP), it used to be Chili!Soft ASP.  I've used it before, I'm both a PHP and ASP programmer, and it's nice to be able to utilize both languages on a machine.  They charge for a commercial version, however, you are free to download and use a developer version (No difference in functionality, just the 'way' you use it).

Note that it makes changes to httpd.conf, which is templated, so it may be necessary to create a custom template.  I would be able to help you out if you get stuck.

The link is:  http://developer.chilisoft.com/downloads/

I'd get the developer edition :)
