Title: kernel upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade the kernel to the latest that redhat .rpms for?  Will I run into any problems concerning that the customized e-smith part of this package?

Your best bet would be to look to the left  -->Click on www.e-smith.org and join the devloper mailing list.

The forum is primarily to deal with user issues whereas upgrading kernels in e-smith to the latest bleeding edge falls under the one of the following catagories:

1. Development.

2. Hobby Interest.

3. Misguided foolishness.

4. A recipe for disaster.
