Title: Memory utilization VERY high

Hi

My config.

Processors 1
Model Pentium III (Katmai)
Chip MHz 596.93
Physical Memory 754.85 MB

Memory Usage
Type                    Percent Capacity  Free          Used          Size
Physical Memory   98%                   16.73 MB   738.11 MB  754.85 MB
Disk Swap               0%                  258.85 MB     0.00 KB   258.85 MB

Is it normal that 650 - 700 MB is used as cached memory ?
