Title: Multiple domain names?
Post by: Curtis on May 30, 2000, 11:15:42 AM
Does the e-smith server allow for multiple domain names under the same IP?  I know of modules to allow APACHE to  host muliple domains (pointing to different directories)  Thanx.

virtual name domains on apache is just a section of the .conf file. It would probably be very easy to add the entries into the conf and template and make the necessary changes

From your question I am assuming you are evaluating the suitability of E-Smith:

E-Smith 4.0bx supports multiple domain names from the web interface (no command line hacking) here is a quote from the relevant page of the web manager.
