Title: where is the bandwidth?
Post by: Claudia Siegner on February 11, 2003, 01:30:15 PM
Hello everybody,

is there a utility to find out about traffic going on on an SME-Network.
the internal network and internent access sometimes get very slow
and I would like to know, where all the bandwidth is gone.

Thank you, Claudia.

yes look for a package called IPTRAF its in Charlies FTP section (see below)

ftp://ftp.e-smith.org/pub/e-smith/contrib/CharlieBrady/RPMS/i386-RH7.0/

There are others but I find this one works a treat.

Hope this helps
