Is there a way to display (and delete) the contents of a print queue? Sometimes the printer acts up and just prints garbage. I need a way to go into the queue and delete the offending spooled file.

lpq displays the queue, lprm removes print jobs from queue. See man pages for usage.
I think I remember a post about a contrib that does print queue management through the server-manager.

Thanks. An interface via the server-manager would be great but the command line would work for now.

Mr. Schubert: I installed your lprng monitor on a 5.1.2 box and it shows 3 panels in the server manager but in the top two, just displays the PERL code. Is there something about 5.1.2, perhaps an older PHP, that makes it unworkable on that release?

Peter,
Re Michaels earlier comment as above, I have exactly the same problem. I have been working my way throught the scripts but can't see anything particularly out of the ordinary.
Any thoughts on why this won't run on 5.1.2 ?
