Title: Change default web page

When I try to change the default web pag eI get access denied. Does any one know how to fix this problem.

What I did was ssh to the server, copied all my files to
/home/e-smith/files/primary/html
and renamed my start page to index.htm
But my default web page is quite simple.

Logon to yur metwork as admin
