this is the message i get in my email to me from sme
how do i prevent this from happening or from people trying to use my box

A little more information would be nice, but try to check both the "To" and "From" addresses in the emails.

Do a search for "doublebounce".

I tried the search for doublebounce and only came up with the message that you posted :)
as for the email addresses that they are coming from, they come from everywhere
yahoo. etc
here is part of the msg content when i get one of these

i get about 2-3 of these messages a day from different people
and i havent sent messages to any of them

How far back did you search? The default is only the last 30 days...

Sounds like someone is using your email address as a "reply-to" to send spam, just a guess.....
