Title: ZIP binary
Post by: mike mattos on March 07, 2003, 07:07:39 PM
Is there a binary version of zip/unzip for e-smith?

I searched the forums and web, and can't find it!  I have zip on a SCO UNIX box, and use it in scripts constantly, so I'd like to add it to my e-smith system.

thx

Mike

unzip is already installed. You can find a zip RPM via http://www.rpmfind.net/.

Thanks!  For accuracy sake, I'll add this link

ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/7.3/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/zip-2.3-12.i386.rpm

And wonder, why wasn't zip included in the distribution?
