We are a small (~80 user) office, and I'm implementing IMAP mail via SME as a replacement for our aging proprietary email system. I am not satisfied with any of the windoze clients available for IMAP, and I'm considering going solely to imp for all email access.
Is anyone else using imp as their primary mail interface, not just for power/remote users but regular office folk? What are you experiences? Common complaints?
I understand the inherent limitations of a web interface and can work with it, but I'm afraid that distinction may be lost on a percentage of my user base.

Call me brave / foolish whatever but we have implemented Imp as our primary e-mail interface for all our staff and will be adding pupils to the list shortly as well. So far with over 100 users I havent heard many complaints. You may want to take a close look at Twiggi as well for an office environment. Lot of nice groupware features such as shared diaries and a tidy e-mail client as well.
