When I want to upgrade my sme 5.5 via server-manager, it tells me that this service is unavailable for unregistered servers... I am browsing e-smith.org but unfortunately I couldnt find any information regarding how to register sme server. Please provide some information about this issue.

It's for Mitel's paying Service Link customers only. Find an authorized reseller from the site if you're interested in signing up for it.
