Title: ADSL and Modem Connection?
Post by: William Bartholomew on March 29, 2003, 12:49:03 AM
I'm about to give e-smith a try and was wondering if anyone had any instructions/tips on how I can configure it to use an ADSL connection AND a permanent modem connection simultaneously?

Thanks
William

I have to ask, what would you need both at once for? If you can give some sort of description of what you are trying to achieve you might get some suggestions, alternatives etc I have used e-smith with adsl and dial up for the last two years and it has been faultless

The reason I need both is that my modem connection has 32 static IP adresses, is extremely reliable (uptimes of 90 days+) and this is what my mail, web sites etc. is bound to. My ADSL connection however is what I use for general browsing downloads etc.

I basically want to be able to run both concurrently.
