Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had success chrooting users in 5.6 I had a great utility from a contrib which allowed me to chroot users in 5.5, but when I upgraded, the link off the server manager was gone. Do I need to install a new version for 5.6? Does 5.6 do it automatically?
Any help will be hot.

Hi Danny,
I just upgraded from 5.5 to 5.6 last night. Your probably referring to 'chroot' from dungdog.net. My link is still there and I just tested it and it is still working.

If you get the chrooted for the proftpd from dungdog.net, then do the rpm install again. make a clean install one by rpm -e for the old package to be removed and then rpm -Uvh to re-install it.
BTW i shared the same light as Randall, on upgrading 5.5 to 5.6 nothing broken. Maybe just not your luck :)
cheers!
