I am new to E-smith. I run Internet on a cable modem. My ISP has his own DNS-server, and I enter a host name in my Windows TCP-IP-settings to be able to reach the Internet. The Gateway, Static IP-adress and Subnet mask are not enough.
How do I enter Host, Domain, and DNS-servers in e-smith (correspondingly to the same entries in the TCP-IP-settings in Windows 98)?
Regards
Lars

Lars,
This information is entered during the installation of e-smith.
The settings can also be modified on the e-smith Control console.
Settings should NOT be changed manually (as we do on a standard RedHat
machine). CAUTION!

Thank you. I would really appreciate step-by-step instructions, as I have not found any dialogue including Host, Domain and DNS-servers.
