is there anyway to map information bays on a user computer when they logon onto the network

Do a search on this site for 'netlogon.bat' - this should tell you what you need to know.

Don,
If your using a newer version of windows, you can also map the ibay as a network drive and check the box "reconnect at login". This will map the ibay everytime the user logs in.
Hope this helps,
Paul

To map an informational bay on a Windows machine you will need to map as follows: \SME-Server-Name\Ibay-name
The user name will be the iBay name and the password is whatever you set it to.
Hope this helps.

Or better yet use the netlogon rpm to map multiple ibays for your users/groups.
