Title: Anyone turn on mod_speling w/Apache?

Since RedHat used a case-sensitive file system, I'm running into some problems with case sensitivity on URLs.  Apache seems to have a extension module called mod_speling (sic) that helps with this.  Anyone know if it's part of Apache on SME?  Anyone turn it on?
