Title: IMAP and Outlook 2002

Good day to all

I have Outlook 2002 configured to use IMAP. Works great except for one thing. How do I get deleted emails to go permanently except them still shown with a line through. Any Help greatly appreciated.

There is a "Purge Deleted Messages" command in the menu bar, under "Edit".

Thank you George. Looked about everywhere except the Edit menu. Feel a bit silly now.

You can also under the view tab -> current view  -> "Hide messages marked for deletion " and then purge them later .
