Hi there,
I am new to LINUX but managed to install SME 5.6 server. The problem is installing the updates.
This is my first try at LINUX though I am pretty familiar with windows.
My problem is
1. I have downloaded the updates but not sure how to install it.
ps. Am really new to this. Hope this is not a silly request for a newbie. Any help is much appreciated.
FYI. I manage to get SME to work and manage to log in to root and look around. Not that I found anything I understand.

No problem, just happened to be checking the forum right now. You can also use that HowTo to install the Update System contrib. That will allow you to install single RPMs from a panel in Server Manager.
In case you weren't aware, SME updates are cumulative unless otherwise stated. You only need to install the latest one.

I've manage to install the updates and once again many thanks.
