Title: Enable resume on the proftp server

Hi friends

Is it possible to get the FTP server on SME 5.6 to support "resume"?

In SME 5.5 proftpd, for client download, default is yes.
for client upload, need to edit the template to enable "resume".

Not sure about 5.6
