Title: adding a hdd...
Post by: jonny on May 05, 2003, 09:29:52 AM
Well, in my journey through linux world I've encountered  another simple task that has me totally stumped. I recently fried my sme 5.12 server. On a seperate drive I had 110 gigs of movies that I hope didn't get trashed as well. Unfortuanely for me, a friend helped set up sme the first time. Now that I haver reinstalled, I'd like to learn how to do everything myself....if at all possible!  ANyway, I want to learn how to add a hdd that already has been formatted and contains information. Is there a guide that will give a detailed explanation (not too complex..hehe) on how to add a hdd? I would also like to know how to add a hdd that needs to be formatted. Thanks for any help,
Jonny
