Title: Dialing into the Linux Box ?
Post by: Stuart Godin(Perth) on July 03, 2000, 07:41:46 PM
One of my clients who also chose e-smith as a gateway and web hosting solution would like to know how one or more of his users could dial into the e-smith box?

I can see how we could have one modem for perm 56K Internet/mail etc and if configured one for incoming clients but what about any more?

What type ,if any serial cards could you use  for extra comm ports?
Someone mentioned ACCESS-SERVERS?

THANK-YOU
STUART

How exactly would you go about setting up single line dial-in on the box?  I've tried before on other distribs with little success.  Does e-smith come with the software for this to work?  Any help would be appreciated.
